ABOUT ME

STUDIO REBECCA  is a Canarian-based art and design brand founded in 2017 by me, Rebecca Jenkins. I am an artist, originally from Chicago, Illinois and have been living and creating in Spain for the last 12 years. 

Over the years I have worked as an interior designer, photographer, and mixed media artist and have thoughtfully developed a personal style that focuses on bringing to a space harmony, tranquility, and an appreciation for the natural world.

I am currently focused on creating beautiful and unique art pieces that offer my clients the opportunity to decorate with high/quality pieces that focus on sustainability, local sourcing, and a touch of artisanry.

ART WORK

FIBER ART-

When it comes to interior design, I love spaces that are warm, inviting, minimalist and tactile. 

Over the past few years I have been working to develop a series of fibre art pieces that would bring texture and a sense of serenity to an interior while aligning with my core values of sustainability and local production in canarias.

My fiber art is handmade using recyclable cotton and produced in my studio in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. My pieces are unique designs and I love working with clients to bespoke pieces for their own personal or professional space.

I currently have exhibitions in Cocoa Furniture Store in Guanarteme and Fico Co-working in La Isleta if you would like to stop by and see my pieces in person.

These pieces were designed to offer clients art that is organic and natural. My designs are inspired by the natural surrounding, the culture, and the people in the Canary Islands.
